I told BJ Sunday night after the party that for some reason that day really made me feel like a parent. I feel like I did something big for her by having a successful party even though she won't remember it.
She loved the toddler sized bounce house. Parker would bounce her and she thought it was hilarious.
She decided not to destroy her giant cupcake I made her. Instead she daintily picked at it. She liked it though! Parker sat next to her and dug into it. That's his fork in the picture. :)
My friend Lauren helped make a birthday banner that was supposed to hang between two beams on the patio, but the wind was terrible to we just taped it to the house. Oh well, it's still cute!
My cousin Julie made the cake. It was delicious and there was enough left to send to daycare the next day. They all sang happy birthday and clapped and ate cake. Her teachers said it was pretty funny.
Mallory got lots of great presents. Clothes, toys and books. She has been wearing new cute outfits each day. She also plays with her new cell phone in the car. Some button play music and she dances to that. There is one button where you can record your voice and play it back. Aunt Cel recorded her voice at the party and Mallory plays it and laughs over and over and over. :)
