This weekend was no "meal for two." We had the "economy size" or "family pack" variety...literally!
Friday afternoon Kali and I took dinner to Brie, Jon and baby Mackenzie then Kali, Parker, Brittani, Mallory and I walked our neighborhood.
Later that night BJs' sister and new baby came over. He isn't even 2 weeks old and they made it here from Maryland! Tripp is so little; I can't believe that Mallory was that small only 6 months ago.
Saturday morning we had a Lafferty family reunion at our house. The line up included the following: Me, Mally, BJ, Sara (BJ's mom), Lauren, Karen, Shannon (his 3 sisters), John (Shannon's man), Chipper (John's 14 year old son) and baby Tripp. Now, we have a pretty small house, but luckily the weather was awesome so we mostly hung around on the front porch in folding chairs. Yes, it was kinda goofy. BJ, Mallory and I ended up staying on the porch until 5:30 that evening! For a while we played softball in the middle of our street while Mallory played in her Jumparoo in the front yard. It was a great day!

Sunday we made the treck to Malvern for my Grandfather's 90th birthday party. Over 150 people came including a bike gang! Mallory decided this party was a great time to have a screamy fit so we couldn't stay as long as I would have liked, but it was still nice to see some family and all of the people that love and respect Grandpa.

If you think it ends there, you're wrong! Lauren and Spencer came over to play late yesterday afternoon. We strolled, the babies made loud noises, Ellie Mae licked Spencer A LOT, and we played in the front yard.
Whew! And now it's Monday... :(
I love that picture of BJ playing the guitar for Mallory. And you'd never guess from the pix of S and Mallory that it was his idea to sit there beside her. =)
