Last Friday we had a snow day! Mommy and Daddy got to stay home with Mally because it was too icy to go to school. We were actually stuck at home all weekend! BJ and Mallory played pretty hard Friday and Saturday then he got to go duck hunting Sunday. He's a really good daddy. He can make her laugh out loud and sometimes she will try to mimic sounds he makes. He can blow through his lips making that wet razzy sound and she does it back! She just discovered that she knows how to do that. We have also been giving her a lot of playtime on the floor so she will try to roll herself over. Almost, but not quite! Since she likes putting everything into her mouth, we chilled some teething rings for her and somehow she ended up flipping it onto her nose. Other than the fact that it was cold, I don't think she cared it was stuck on her face!
Mallory and Daddy also read a lot. She really likes books! Last night we both laid on the floor and I read 3 lengthy books to her and she just watched and listened. She learned all about frogs in a National Geographic kids book.
Not much else going on here. We have been pretty boring lately. :)
